Jessica F. Higgins,
AAMS®, CFP®, CSRIC® Managing PartnerJessica joined Invera Wealth Advisors in 2014 to expand the team's involvement in sustainable and responsible investing. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with extensive experience in sustainability and ESG investing. She brings with her a passion for the natural world and a belief in the power of the market to bring about positive social and environmental change. Jessica holds a Master of Science in sustainable development and conservation biology and a Master of Public Policy with a specialization in environmental policy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in wildlife biology. Before joining Invera, Jessica worked to improve the welfare of animals in Latin America with Humane Society International, studied Painted Dogs in Zimbabwe, rescued pets in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, and served in the Peace Corps in Central America. Jessica currently lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband Shenandoah and their sons Kai and Taj. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling and teaching her boys to be good stewards of the planet.
